National day in Dubai

DIPANDA IN DUBAI In the continuation of the 47 years of National Independence, the Consulate General of Angola in Dubai promoted, yesterday (12.11.2022), a special dinner on the event whose ceremony was attended by the Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Albino Malungo. It was an event that brought together the Angolan community residing in the Emirates. The Consul General of Angola in Dubai, Bento Salazar André “Morgado”, emphasized the historic moment that the country is experiencing with the celebration of the Forty-seventh Anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence, having called for greater unity and companionship among Angolans in the UAE . Among other personalities, the event was attended by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoun Bin Juma Al Maktoum of the Royal family of Dubai and Angola, Bráulio Martins of the Angola-UAE Chamber, Jaime Madaleno, lawyer and former director of the Office of the first President of Angola António Agostinho Neto, in addition to consul Domingas Salazar, diplomats, consulate officials and representatives of the Association of Angolans in the United Arab Emirates.
